Select Login here next to Are you a customer? to sign in when using the portal to submit requests or view solution articles (see below)
NB: If prompted for a username (e.g. when offsite) use username@robertcarretrust.uk:
NB: You DO NOT need to enter Your e-mail address and Password in the boxes
If you are taken to the following screen (see below) select Sign in with SSO
NB: You DO NOT need to enter an Email or Password in the boxes
NB: You are still able to access support through e-mail using support@robertcarretrust.uk the guidance above is for accessing the portal to access Solutions Articles such as this one and to view progress of open or closed requests.
